The Florida Club is just west of Stuart, a cozy coastal town along Florida's Treasure Coast. The Florida Club's Neighborhood and Golf Course are located on Kanner Highway, just west of I-95. Upon entering this stunning community, you will find a lush green natural preserve that acts as a backdrop for both, the private residential neighborhood, and the public Golf Course.

The Florida Club residential neighborhood is a private, gated community woven within the boundaries of one of the nation's best public golf courses. This gated community is highly sought after for it's beautifully manicured landscapes, stylish and high-quality homes, pristine lakes, plus numerous private amenities with affordable POA fees.

The Florida Club's Championship-level Golf Course is open to the public so there are no large equity buy-in fees. The Clubhouse incorporates a restaurant, a pro-shop, and a relaxing southern styled wrap-around porch. The property also includes an open-air driving range and multiple well-maintained practice putting greens. The Clubhouse and Greens underwent a major renovation in 2017!

The Florida Club's residents enjoy numerous private amenities!  A large community pool overlooking the scenic lake offers multiple shade options and an ample supply of chaise lounge chairs for those who like to bask in the sun. Tennis enthusiasts can practice their swing at two  tennis courts until 8pm under the lights.  The Florida Club Property Owners Association also offers an on-site property management office, a library, and space for residents to get involved in board games, card game groups, and other social activities that meet on a regular basis.
